Contest Additions/Clarifications:

 Some additions have been made to the Contest link.  Those known privately sponsored awards are now listed.  If we missed any, we apologize and please let us know so that we can include them here.

In addition, some clarifications on the acceptable sizes of photo entries and their mounts have been added.

With the convention hotel (Sheraton) fully booked, we have opened two overflow hotels:

Ask for the Narrow Gauge Convention rate with the code: ngc.  The guest room rate is $110/per night for either a King or a Queen/Queen room.  Room rate for convention registrants includes a breakfast buffet coupon.  The hotel offers free parking.

Reservations can be made on line at Book your group rate: National Narrow Gauge Convention >> or by phone at 1-800-321-2211 (ask for the National Narrow Gauge Convention rate).  The guest room rate is $99 for a King and $109 for a Queen/Queen.  Room rate for convention registrants includes breakfast for up to two people per room.  The hotel offers free parking.


The cut-off date for making reservations at both overflow hotels is 8/12/2014.

Clinic Program Alert!

A current lineup of the scheduled clinics has been included in the “Clinics” page of the website.  You will see a wide diversity of modeling and prototype subjects…many new clinics from both local and national clinicians result in a fresh and interesting clinic program.  Some of the finest modelers in the narrow gauge modeling community are represented here, including a number of nationally known and published authors, as well as several of the highly touted “Sundance Central” group.  If you are also interested in presenting a clinic at the convention, please contact Marty Vaughn at .
